Es para mi un honor invitarles al próximo concierto de nuestro Ensamble Spirituosi "Del Caribe a los Andes" en el marco del Festival de la ciudad de Viena 2016, el próximo viernes 6 de mayo a las 19:30 horas en la Festsaal del Concejo Municipal Landstrasse de Viena.

Sobre Ensamble Spirituosi
El joven ensamble Spirituosi fue creado en 2011 con el propósito de llevar la música clásica y del folklore latinoamericano y caribeño por el mundo. Está conformado por las conocidas artistas dominicanas hermanas Nathalie, Evelyn y Nicole Peña Comas, soprano, flautista y violonchelista respectivamente y Damien Lancelle (Francia) y Gonzalo Manrique (Perú) ambos importantes guitarristas clásico de su generación.
También se han presentado en el Festival de Viena, en la serie de conciertosImperial Talents de Viena y en la feria mundial EXPO MILÁN 2015 en Italia; y en importantes eventos bilaterales como la celebración de los 25 años de relaciones entre la Unión Europea y República Dominicana en el Teatro Nacional y la celebración del cincuenta aniversario del Grupo G-77 en la sede de las Naciones Unidas en Viena.
En 2015 el Ensamble Spirituosi obtiene el premio al "Concierto del Año" en los Premios Soberano.

Biography
Soprano Nathalie Peña-Comas is quickly making her presence felt on the international classical music scene as an opera singer, concert soloist, recitalist and chamber musician.
Ms. Peña-Comas' recent engagements (2015) include concerts with the Symphony Orchestra of the city of Mogilev (Belarus), the Russian State Philharmonic Orchestra, chamber music and Art Songs recital in Europe and the Dominican Republic.
Nathalie' performances of the past season included Pamina (Die Zauberflöte/The Magic Flute) on tour in Lower Austria; Musetta (La Bohème) and Valencienne (Lustige Witwe) at Teatro Nacional Eduardo Brito of the Dominican Republic and Queen of trolls (The two Fiddlers) at the Brücken-Festival in Styria-Austria.
New season (2015-2016) includes performances of Pamina (Die Zauberflöte/The Magic Flute) and Lucía (Matteo) in Austria and Adele (The Bat/Die Fledermaus) in Belarus.
As a chamber musician and recitalist Nathalie has performed on important stages such as Radio Kulturhaus ORF (Austrian National Radio), Schloss Belvedere, Muth (Concert Hall of the Vienna Boys Choir), Musikverein and Konzerthaus in Vienna; Filharmonia Cracow in Poland; Academic Musical Theater in Belarus; Palacio de Bellas Artes and Teatro Nacional Eduardo Brito in Dominican Republic.
A native of Dominican Republic, Nathalie Peña-Comas studied piano and flute at the Conservatorio Nacional de Música of Santo Domingo and is a graduate of the Universität für Musik und Kunst Wien (Austria) with a Bachelor of Arts degree in both Voice and Piano Pedagogy.

• Finalist at the 14th Osaka International Music Competition (2013).
• Award for the ''Artistic Achievements'' at the National Youth Prize 2013 of the Dominican Republic.
• Prize for the ''Most Promising Soprano'' and for the ''Best Interpretation of a Polish Composition'' at the 14th Ada Sari International Competition of Vocal Art (2011).
• Honore for her artistic achievements abroad by the Presidency of the Dominican Republic in 2011.
• Prize for ‘’Outstanding Youth of the Dominican Republic 2009’’ JCI Jaycee's 72.
